Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Job

London & Inner M25

£45000 per annum

8am to 5pm M-F

Blade Recruitment is looking to fill a mobile air conditioning jobs for the London inner M25 area, working for a leading refrigeration specialist company, you will join the mobile service division, working 8-5 M-F, paying up to £45000 pa.

Job Duties

The mobile Air Conditioning job in London will be required to provide maintenance, inspection & services to air conditioning , refrigeration & HVAC Equipment.

Preventative, reactive & planned maintenance to AHU's, chillers, split unites & fan coil units.

Diagnose faults & attend to repairs, liaise with building maintenance teams & logging reports where needed. The air conditioning job will also provide the various client sites with Air Conditioning & refrigeration advice. Assist with general ad-hoc maintenance tasks where needed. Complete small works, installation & refurbishment of Air Conditioning , Refrigeration & HVAC.

Job Requirements

Previous air conditioning job working experience with PPM’s & reactive maintenance.

The Air Conditioning job role is ideally for a trade qualified air conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer .

Ideally the candidate for the air conditioning job role will have building services knowledge, including basic electrical, mechanical & plumbing knowledge, highly articulate, well presented with excellent customer facing skills & good communication skills. Good knowledge of Chillers & refrigeration plant. Ideally the candidate for the air conditioning job will hold a F-Gas 2079 safe handling of refrigerants certificate. Someone who is organised with good IT skills & good record keeping skills.
