Hours are Days | 40 Hours pw | 5 out of 7 & salary to £46,5k pa + benefits, career progression on offer.

JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Supervisor job role will be accountable for preventative maintenance activities in line with site KPIs and guidelines.

Manage & oversea sub-contractors, ensure H&S is adhered to, effectively coordinate and implement all maintenance activities.

Undertaking technical audits of maintenance contract service delivery performance & documentation.

Providing advice on condition, pre-planned maintenance, repair and refurbishment options.

Compliance & Statutory Inspections, Fabric Maintenance, Fire Detection & BMS Systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideally the candidate will hold the 17th/18th edition

Be well presented & have excellent communication skills.

Must have very client relation skills and have previous experience working in supervision for building maintenance ideally for a FM company

A good knowledge of health and safety

Be trade qualified or have a City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship

Excellent written and oral communication skills
