JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Technician job role will attend to preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment incl HVAC, mechanical & fabric.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideally, the candidate for the maintenance technician job role will have proven experience in a job role doing maintenance engineering in a commercial environment & have
Trade papers equivalent to a Part 2 in electrical/electronic engineering (ONC, C&G or equivalent)

The Maintenance Technician will have a good knowledge of site H&S, & be extremely well presented with good communication skills.

Be multi-skilled with a good understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems and building fabric.

JOB OFFER

The Maintenance technician job salary is up to £44k pa
Working days, Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm
Career Progression
28 days holiday plus bank holidays
