JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Engineer job role will be responsible to attend to planned, preventative maintenance & reactive maintenance including Electrical, HVAC & plumbing.

Oversee all site visiting contractors and attend to any maintenance or issues that may arise including fabric maintenance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideally the candidate for the maintenance engineer job role will have a minimum trade level 2 in electrical/electronic engineering (ONC, C&G or equivalent)

Proven experience in a job role working in building services in a similar maintenance engineering role.

The Maintenance Engineer will have a good knowledge of site H&S, be Good with problem solving & have a good knowledge of electrical bms controls.

Be multi skilled with a good understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems and building fabric.

The Maintenance job role is paying up to £45k pa
Working days, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Overtime Available
Training offered and Career Progression
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Uniform & tools provided.
