The Hotel Maintenance job will involve the following:
Perform planned maintenance & reactive maintenance to electrical & mechanical systems including AHU’s and heating systems.
Monitor BMS, attend to breakdowns and carry out repairs to hotel maintenance equipment and systems. General plant room maintenance and upkeep.
Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings and perform daily checks around the hotel.
Lead the maintenance team in the day-to-day engineering and hotel maintenance.
Management, induction & coordination of all onsite contractors.
Ensure all hotel maintenance jobs are carried out to H&S policies and procedures.

The Hotel Maintenance Job would suit someone with previous experience working in a 4/5 Star hotel environment.

Ideal candidates would hold either electrical or mechanical qualifications and have multi skilled maintenance experience with an eye for detail.

Applicants for the Hotel Maintenance job will have high grooming standards and good communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

The Hotel Maintenance job is paying up to £42k per annum
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
