The Maintenance Supervisor job role will be to ensure that coordination of all maintenance jobs are completed in time and in accordance with H&S policies.

Responsible for coordinating and prioritising the distribution of work and supervising maintenance staff according to the maintenance schedule.

Carry out preventive maintenance jobs in line with the engineering plans and schedule preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment throughout the building.

Provide support to management of maintenance projects and oversee works of sub contractors.

The ideal applicant for the Maintenance Supervisor job will have supervision experience in a maintenance department, preferably in a hospitality environment.

Preferred candidates will hold trade qualifications in a maintenance engineering discipline, hands on experience with maintenance jobs and good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

The Maintenance job requires someone with knowledge of maintenance policies and procedures, effective supervision skills and excellent communication skills.

Suitable candidates for the maintenance job would have worked previously as a Maintenance Team Leader, Senior Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Assistant Maintenance Manager, Lead Maintenance Engineer in a hotel environment.

The Maintenance Supervisor job is paying up to £47k pa.
Working 45hrs pw, Monday to Friday incl weekends.
