The Maintenance Technician job will involve the following
Work with the Maintenance Technicians to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to mechanical and electrical equipment.
Assist with the supervision and delegating of maintenance and minor project works of engineers and sub-contractors.
General maintenance and repairs to the building.
Carry out risk assessments and report on any action required to allow correct functioning of plant and equipment.
Checks to plant room & maintaining an up to date plant register.
The Maintenance Technician job will also involve legionella testing, chlorination and descaling.
Ideally the candidate for the Maintenance Technician job will hold either mechanical or electrical qualifications and have
multi skilled maintenance experience.Previous experience working in a hotel or high end residential property would be preferred.
Applicants for the Maintenance Technician job will have high grooming standards and good communication skills.
Someone who has worked as a Maintenance Engineer, Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor,
Maintenance Plumber, Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Shift Maintenance Technician, Electrical Maintenance Technician
or Facilities Maintenance Technician would be suitable for the Maintenance Technician job.
The Maintenance Technician job is paying up to £35k per annum
M-F 7am-4pm and 2pm-11pm + one weekend a month
