Our client is looking to fill a permanent job for a Building Services Engineer in Essex, 

working at a healthcare facility near Grays, Essex.

Salary offered for the Building Services Engineer job up to £35k pa, hours M-F 8-5.

Job Duties

The Building Services Engineer job involves

Attending all fault logs for building services & general building maintenance.

Complete all logs for building services & general building maintenance on the BMS system.

The Building Services Engineer will be responsible for plumbing, refrigeration & HVAC basic maintenance.

Job Requirements

Ideally the Building Services Engineer will be a trade qualified Plumber.

Preferred candidates for the Building Services Engineer job will have experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Having a basic understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, air con, BMS systems & m&e plant maintenance.

The Building Services Engineer will have a positive attitude & good customer services skills

A good knowledge of health and safety.

The Building Services Engineer job is located near Grays station, Essex RM17 6QN.
