We are currently looking to fill a job for a Building Services Engineer to work at high end restaurants in the Mayfair area, London.

Temporary ongoing job, paying up to £18p/h, M-F 8-5.

Immediate start for the job is required.

Job Duties

• The job role for the Building Services Engineer will involve working at 4 restaurants responsible for PPM and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment.
• General building services, basic electrical, minor plumbing and painting and decorating.
• The Building Services Engineer will be responsible for attending to urgent maintenance jobs and prioritize Building Services jobs in order of importance.
• The job role will involve assisting contractors and other building services engineers.

Job Requirements

• Ideally the applicant for the Building Services Engineer job will have previous experience working in a similar Building Services job.
• Preferably the Building Services Engineer will have worked in high end properties, retail or hospitality.
• Have knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, someone who has worked in a job previously as a Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrician, Plumber, Mechanical Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer or Handyman would be suitable for the Building Services Engineer job role.

The Building Services Engineer job will involve working in the Mayfair area, London W1J.
