Our client, a leading building services engineering company is looking to fill a temporary ongoing Building Services job that could lead into a permanent job role.

The Building Services job is based in Ilford, Essex and may involve working around the Romford and Essex area if required.

Pay up to £20p/h, M-F 8-5.

JOB DUTIES

The Building Services job will involve;

Maintenance of buildings and property.

The Building Services job will involve assisting with the defects rectification and PPM for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, building fabric, fire alarms, boiler plant, electrical distribution, lighting, AHU’s, pumps and standby generators.

Candidates for the Building Services job will provide support and assistance to the building services team for electrical/mechanical installations and problems encountered on site.

The Building Services job will have out of hours call outs on a rota basis as required. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferred candidates for the Building Services job will have a DBS check.

Ideally candidates for the Building Services job will be multi skilled and have knowledge of building services plant and equipment.

Be able to carry out building services jobs alone. 

The Building Services job would suit someone who has worked in a similar job role as a Building Services Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Handyman, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Electrician, Plumber, HVAC Engineer or Multi skilled Engineer would be suitable for the Building Services job.

Candidates for the Building Services job will hold a full UK driving licence and be able to work a PDA.

The Building Services job is based in Ilford, Essex and to work in the Romford and Essex area as required. 

JOB OFFER
