Temporary ongoing Cleaning Job based in Brentwood, Essex CM13.
Based at a residential housing estate, working hours Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
Pay rate offered is up to £11.50p/h.
JOB DUTIES
The Cleaning job will involve;
Carrying out high quality cleaning services in residential estate areas, sweep, mop and vacuum stairs, passageways and communal areas. Clean and keep tidy refuse bins and bin areas. Wipe, dust and polish stair railings, door handles and clean communal windows. Carry out deep cleaning where necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Preferred candidate for the Cleaning job will have experience working in a similar job role, Cleaner, Caretaker or Housekeeper. Knowledge of the use of cleaning equipment and basic knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety.
Be self motivated and able to work responsibly unsupervised.
Have excellent customer service skills and be well presented.
