Blade Recruitment has a Cleaning Job available to work at a housing estate based in West Kensington, London W14. Working hours are Mon to Fri, 7am-3pm. Pay rate offered is up to £17.50p/h. The Cleaning Job is temporary ongoing.


JOB DUTIES FOR THE CLEANER JOB

The Cleaning job will involve the carrying out cleaning services in the estate areas.

Sweep, mop & vacuum stairs, passageways & communal areas. Clean & keep tidy refuse bins & bin areas, sweep & keep free of litter to all communal areas. Wipe, dust and polish stair railings, door handles and clean communal windows. Carry out deep cleaning where necessary.


JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CLEANER JOB

Preferred candidate for the Cleaning Job will have experience working in a similar job role, Cleaner, Caretaker or Housekeeper. Be self motivated & able to work responsibly unsupervised. Basic knowledge & understanding of Health & Safety. Customer service skills & will have good presentation skills.

The Cleaning Job is based near to Kensington Olympia Station, London W14 8UX.
