Our client is currently looking to fill a Customer Service job to lead the supply chain management function for a global manufacturing company based in Kensington, London W14. Salary offered up to £38k pa. Working hours M-F 9am-5pm.

Job Duties

The Customer Service job will

• Be the single point of contact to ensure fulfilment of orders & deliveries, Inter-warehouse & stock movements, business operations & customer service.
• New sales orders, recording manual outbounds & destruction of goods, stock recons, completing orders, raising invoices, returns, credit notes & setting up new accounts in SAP (B by D).
• Manage logistics, obtain quotes & coordinate the transfer or moving of goods between different warehouses.
• Manage all EU warehouses & annual stock audits.
• Support new launches & dispatching of products to warehouse or sales to customers.
• Project management of repacking goods where required, compiling & maintaining the management information systems.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Job will

• Hold qualifications with a focus on Supply chain management.
• Preferably worked in a similar Customer Service Job within a pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with SAP software preferably.
• Require spending extra hours for month end to close activities should this be necessary.
