A permanent Electrical Engineering Job has become available. Based in the heart of London for a busy office block, salary of £44k pa, working Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm and great benefits.

Job Duties

The Electrical Engineering Job will involve the following

• Complete planned & reactive maintenance work.
• All Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, HVAC 1st line maintenance & general fabric maintenance of the building.
• Prevent any downtime of the building, responsible for maintenance of every aspect of the building ensuring a high engineering standard.
• Assisting the various departments regarding day to day maintenance issues, responsible for the maintenance logs & completing reports.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Electrical Engineering Job will be 

• Trade qualified Electrical Engineer or with an equivalent Electrical trade.
• Worked in a similar Electrical Engineering job role on a London commercial office building.
• Has a successful career history in a Electrical Maintenance Engineering job role.
• Multi skilled & be happy to attend to all jobs that are required, HVAC issues, fabric maintenance job logs or any maintenance issue that is required.
• Be extremely well presented, have good communication skills & be able to communicate with the client.
