Our client is looking to fill temp to permanent Estate Maintenance jobs to work at a prestigious healthcare facility based near to Bond Street, London.

Salary up to £42k, M-F 8-4.30 + 1-4 on call.

JOB DUTIES

The Estate Maintenance job will involve

Providing efficient estates maintenance and supporting the maintenance with fire and hard FM maintenance.

The Estate Maintenance job will involve planned preventative and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment.

Participate in the operational control of BMS, fire precautions, PPM’s and helpdesk fault requests.

The candidate for the Estate Maintenance job will assist in the ordering and receiving of goods, items, materials in association with the estates activities.

Estate Maintenance job will involve participating in the operational management of responsible persons role for piped medical gases and vacuum systems.

The Estate Maintenance job will also involve general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and repairs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidates for the Estate Maintenance job will be a fully qualified Electrician and have 17th edition.

Ideal candidates for the Estate Maintenance jobs will have experience in a healthcare environment. 

Have a good working knowledge of H&S legislation in respect of building maintenance and experience of COSHH, risk assessments and manual handling. 

Candidates for the Estate Maintenance job will be a multi skilled electrician with a good working understanding and knowledge of operational maintenance of hospital equipment.

Someone organised, able to carry out reactive maintenance tasks and self motivated.

Ideal candidates for the Estate Maintenance jobs will be able to attend the site within 1hour, in the event of needing to be called out.
