The Fabric Maintenance job will be for 4 sites around Shoreditch and Aldgate East London.

Up to £35k for the Fabric Maintenance job.

M-F 8-5.

JOB DUTIES
The Fabric Maintenance job will involve

General fabric maintenance and repairs, minor electrical and plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, putting up whiteboards, TV’s & signage, tiling, minor carpentry, installing new locks, adjustments to door closers & flooring repairs.

Ensure Fabric Maintenance jobs are carried out to a high standard. 

The Candidate for the Fabric Maintenance job will carry out effective reactive fabric maintenance and preventative maintenance and will assist subcontractors.

Ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to and documented and that accurate site work records/documentation are maintained for Fabric Maintenance jobs.

The Fabric Maintenance job will on occasion involve attending to site emergencies, including those that arise outside of normal working hours.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Preferred candidates for the Fabric Maintenance job will have worked in a similar environment and have good knowledge of basic maintenance.

Candidates for Fabric Maintenance jobs will have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as working with the wider community team.
