A Maintenance Handyman job based in Wokingham, Berkshire is available, the position is permanent. Join the estates & engineering team, working 37.5 hrs pw & pay up to £26,8k pa. The position has huge potential for career growth & an aspect of management within this hands on Job.

Job Duties

The Maintenance Handyman job will

  • Carry out preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of all plant & equipment.
  • Attend to all fault logs for building services & general building maintenance.
  • Attend to maintenance issues including building fabric, mechanical & electrical plant & equipment.


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Handyman job will

  • Require experience & have worked as a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer in the built environment.
  • Come from a Facilities, Maintenance or Estates background.
  • Multi Skilled & has a good working background & references.
  • Require experience in a similar role in a Hotel or commercial building.
