Blade Recruitment are currently looking for a Handyman to work at a healthcare facility in Chelmsford, Essex CM1.
Permanent position offering excellent benefits. Salary up to £24k. 37.5hrs pw.
HANDYMAN JOB DUTIES
Maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment across the organisation.
Carry out basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
Portering duties, moving furniture and assisting with setting up meeting rooms.
Oversee works to garden projects and carry out some gardening duties if required.
Ensure health and safety compliance at all times.

HANDYMAN JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in a commercial environment.
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
Basic IT skills.
Full driving licence.

Based in Chelmsford, Essex CM1.
