Temporary ongoing job available for a Handyman to work in a high end venue
near Wembley, Greater London HA9.
The Handyman job is paying up to £16.00 p/h, working M-F 8am-4pm + overtime.
JOB DUTIES
The Handyman job will involve the following
Responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to building fabric.
General Handyman work including, basic electrical and plumbing works.
Carry out repairs to furniture and fixtures and assembling furniture or equipment.
The Handyman will carry out some carpentry, painting and decorating.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate for the Handyman Job will have a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical works, proven experience of carrying out general maintenance.
Preferably worked in a customer facing environment previously, be well presented and have good attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety required.
The Handyman job would suit someone who has worked in a previous job role as a Maintenance Handyman, Handyperson, Plumber, Maintenance Technician, Shift Handyman, Fabric Maintenance Engineer or Multi skilled Handyman.
