Our client, a leading UK property maintenance company is looking to fill permanent Handyman job to work mobile around Leeds, West Yorkshire. Salary offered up to £27k + company van & excellent job benefits.
Job Duties
The Handyman job will involve the planned & reactive maintenance & refurbishment works. Repairing leaks, toilet seats, replacing shower heads & minor plumbing works. Installation & maintenance of sanitary appliances. Changing lamps & cleaning light fittings. Painting & minor plastering works. General building repairs & some groundworks.
Job Requirements
The Handyman job would suit someone with similar job experience, ideally holding qualifications in a building trade. Be multi skilled & have knowledge of plumbing systems. Someone who has worked as a Plumber, Maintenance Handyman, Maintenance Engineer, Multi skilled Engineer, Electrician or Fabric Engineer would be suitable for the Handyman job. Have good communication skills & be well presented. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
