Blade Recruitment has a vacancy for a Handyman in an upmarket apartment building near Harlesden, London NW10. The Handyman job is permanent paying £24k per annum + benefits. Hours are 5 out of 7 days per week.
JOB DUTIES
Preventative maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment & management & coordination of all maintenance contractors. Responsible for building services & general building maintenance & will attend to all maintenance logs for building fabric, mechanical & electrical plant. Ensuring all work carried out is in accordance with the health & safety regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Handyman will have basic experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, painting & decorating & carpentry work. Have knowledge of health & safety regulations. Experience in a similar job in a Hotel in the position of Maintenance Handyman , Shift Handyman or Multi Skilled Handyman.Be well presented & have excellent communication skills & live within a commutable distance to the site in London.
