Our client is seeking to fill a Handyman Job to work in a luxurious upmarket apartment building based near Victoria, London SW1E.
Permanent Handyman Job, paying up to £29k per annum, working 40hrs pw, early and late shifts + alternate weekends.
JOB DUTIES
The Handyman Job will involve the following
Carry out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance throughout the building. Minor plumbing & electrical repairs & maintenance.
The Handyman Job will involve checks to plant room and record work on mechanical services, boilers and storage tanks & monitor and adjust
plant control systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for the Handyman Job will have experience working in the hospitality or customer facing environment.
Have experience carrying out maintenance to mechanical & electrical plant and equipment. Suitable candidates for the Handyman Job would be someone who has worked as a Maintenance Handyman, Handyperson, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer or Fabric Engineer

The Handyman Job is based near Victoria Station, London SW1E.
