Handyman job available working in a luxurious hotel based near Enfield Lock,
London, EN3. Paying up to £26k pa + benefits. Working M-F 40hrs pw.
JOB DUTIES
The Handyman job will involve the following;
Carry out general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
The Handyman will perform basic electrical repairs to lamps, extension cords and replace electrical switches and light bulbs.
Carry out basic plumbing work such as unblocking toilets and drains.
Painting & minor drywall.
Repairs on interior and exterior landscaping including external sprinklers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideally candidates for the Handyman job will have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Preferably have experience working in a hotel or customer facing environment. Be well presented and have good communication skills.

The Handyman job is based near Enfield Lock Station, London EN3 6HA.
JOB OFFER
The Handyman job is paying up to £26k pa.
M-F 40hrs per week.
