Handyman job.
Our client is looking to fill a permanent job for a Maintenance Handyman
to work at a flagship store in Kensington high street, W8.
Salary offered up to £16p/h. Working 38hrs pw, shifts between 6am and 11pm.
JOB DUTIES
The Handyman job will involve the following
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, maintain log of equipment
routine maintenance schedule and ensure 1st Line support for all instore maintenance issues. Carry out routine walks of the facility.
Maintaining store lighting, basic plumbing & equipment maintenance
and basic painting & finishing work. Health & safety tests, update and
review repairs and prioritise works required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for the Handyman job will have experience of basic
plumbing, mechanical & electrical systems & equipment.
Working knowledge of facility equipment and the ability to communicate with service vendors and Store Leadership about equipment issues and repairs.
Proactive, have a ‘can do’ attitude and have great communication skills.
