Handyman required for a temporary ongoing job based in Reading, Berkshire .

Pay rate up to £15.50p/h. Working hours Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

The Handyman job is based at a high profile facility.

Job Duties

The Handyman job will involve

The handyman will attend to the maintenance & repairs of the building fabric.

Basic plumbing, fixing leaking taps, appliance repairs, painting & decorating, basic carpentry & electrics.

General handyman jobs .

The handyman will comply with H&S regulations regarding equipment, maintenance & inspections.

Job Requirements

Preferably candidates for the Handyman job will have a multi-skilled background with a good knowledge of building maintenance, ideal candidates for the handyman job will have experience in a similar role.

The handyman must be well presented and have excellent communication skills.

Suitable candidates for the handyman job will live locally to Reading, Berkshire.

Job Location

The Handyman job is based in Reading, Berkshire , close to Theale station, Reading RG7 4AG.
