Permanent Hospital Maintenance Job.

Job Duties

The Hospital Maintenance Job will involve the carry out preventive maintenance & reactive maintenance within the building. Basic electrical installations, fault finding and PAT testing. General hospital maintenance jobs & repairs to building fabric. Attend to the maintenance repairs of heating systems & plumbing.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Hospital Maintenance Job will hold qualifications in a building services discipline, preferably in an electrical trade. The Hospital Maintenance Job would suit someone working in a previous role in facilities or healthcare environment as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Plumber. Required to hold a full clean driving licence. Be well presented & have excellent communication skills.
