Hotel Maintenance job available at a 5* luxurious hotel, based in Liverpool Street, London EC2M. Pay rate offered up to £19 p/h.
The Hotel Maintenance job is temporary ongoing, M-F 40 hrs per week & one weekend in every 3.
Job Duties
The Hotel Maintenance job will involve preventive maintenance & reactive maintenance within the hotel. Basic maintenance to heating, ventilation & air conditioning equipment, replacing filters & repair motors. General plumbing maintenance unblocking sinks & toilets. Basic electrical repairs including repairs televisions, phones & radios.
Job Requirements
The ideal applicant for the Hotel Maintenance job will have experience working in a hotel or similar environment. Basic knowledge & experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing & HVAC maintenance. Be extremely well presented & have excellent communication skills.

M-F 40 hrs per week, including 1 weekend in 3.
Shifts 7am-3.30pm, 2.30pm-11pm & weekends 9am-9pm
Pay rate up to £19 per hour
Meals & uniform provided.
