A Hotel Maintenance Manager Job for an upmarket hotel is available, paying up to £42k pa + benefits & hours are 7am-4pm, 5 days out of 7.

Job Duties

The Hotel Maintenance Manager job will involve

• Perform planned maintenance & reactive maintenance to electrical & mechanical systems including AHU’s & heating systems.
• Will be responsible for monitoring BMS, attending to breakdowns & carrying out repairs to plant and equipment.
• General plant room maintenance & upkeep. 
• Maintenance of all hotel fixtures & fittings, perform daily checks around the hotel. Lead the maintenance team in the day-to-day engineering & hotel maintenance.
• Management, induction & coordination of all onsite contractors. Ensure all hotel maintenance jobs are carried out to H&S policies & procedures.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Hotel Maintenance Manager job

• Someone with previous experience working in a 4/5 Star hotel environment.
• Hold either electrical or mechanical qualifications & have multi skilled maintenance experience with an eye for detail.
• Applicants for the Hotel Maintenance Manager job will have high grooming standards & good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions & work independently.
