Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a Hotel Maintenance Manager job in London, the job role is for a 5 star hotel, a fast paced environment, in the maintenance engineering team at the hotel.

The Hotel Maintenance Manager job is paying up to £43k pa working 45 hrs pw, Monday to Sunday, meals, uniform and laundry for uniforms provided.

Job Duties

The Hotel Maintenance Manager job role will be responsible for:

Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment in the hotel.
Ensure engineering defects are attended to, allocating the maintenance logs on priority basis
The Hotel Maintenance Manager job role will be responsible for all maintenance activities, the liaison between management and the maintenance department, ensuring general upkeep and maintenance in all areas of the hotel.
Liaise with internal departments, contractors and suppliers, ensuring effective resolution of faults
managing the maintenance call outs and outstanding orders.
Take water, gas and electricity readings.
The hotel maintenance manager job role will be a visible presence within the hotel to ensuring customer requests are responded to promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements

The candidate for the Hotel Maintenance Manager job role will ideally have:

Previous job experience in a hotel maintenance manager job role or experience within hospitality, hotels or 5 star accommodation services.
Excellent people skills, well presented to 5 star standard and good communication skills.
Organised and can multi task in a fast paced environment.
Strong leaderships skills
The candidate for the Hotel maintenance manager job role will be proactive, professional, friendly and efficient.
To be flexible throughout the working day, to meet demands from the guests and management.
