Mobile for Greater London

up to £48,000 + co van

A leading HVAC Contractor specialising in Air Conditioning service and maintenance is trying to fill a job for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer.

The vacancy for the HVAC Contractor is mobile for Greater London, paying up to £48,000 pa basic dependent on experience plus company van plus excellent benefit package.

Job Duties

The job for the HVAC Contractor will be responsible for planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks in line with the service delivery plan.

Responsible for various plant maintenance including DX Systems, VRV, VRF and chillers for various sites for London and surrounding area.

Attend to emergency call outs & will be part of the out-of-hours emergency call out rota

The HVAC contractor job role will be expected to organise their work and time efficiently and to be supportive to the engineering team.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the  mobile air conditioning engineer job role for the HVAC Contractor will have specialist knowledge in commercial air conditioning and a dynamic and motivated approach to their working day. 

The HVAC Contractor is looking for a candidate who has a good general knowledge of building services and a ability to provide service and repair to HVAC contracts in the Greater London area

NVQ level 2 (min) Air-conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent

Have had previous work experience working for a similar HVAC contractor in the role of Air Conditioning Service Engineer working on VRV's, VRF's, chillers, Air handling units

Ideally be F Gas 2079/2089 qualified

Have a good knowledge and experience of commercial air conditioning, refrigeration and building services.

Must have a Full UK driving licence

Live within commutable distance from the HVAC Contractor site in London.

Job Location

The HVAC Contractor is located in North London, however the position is mobile covering Greater London, the air conditioning engineer will be required to attend one or 2 sites per day.

Job Offer

• The HVAC Contractor is looking for the ac engineer to start ASAP
• Paying up to £48,000 pa
• 28 days annual leave
•  Callout is 1 in 8 callout, paid at £150 and has a minimum of 4hr paid if called out
