Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a Maintenance Carpenter job work at a commercial estate based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

The Maintenance Carpenter job is permanent.

Salary £35k pa. M-F 40hrs pw + call out rota. 

Job Duties

The Maintenance Carpenter job will involve

The Maintenance Carpenter will carry out repairs and maintenance work on fire doors.

The Maintenance Carpenter will perform general carpenter jobs.

The Maintenance Carpenter will assist other trades as required.

Job Requirements

Ideally the candidate for the Maintenance Carpenter job will be a fully qualified Carpenter, hold certificates in Carpentry

or Joinery. 

Similar experience working as a Maintenance Carpenter in a commercial environment.

The Maintenance Carpenter will have experience in hanging fire doors. 

The Maintenance Carpenter will have knowledge of understanding of fire risk assessments.

The Maintenance Carpenter will participate in an out-of-hours response service.

Full UK driving licence required for the Maintenance Carpenter job.

Job Location

The Maintenance Carpenter job is based near Hatfield Station, Hertfordshire AL10 5AB.

Job Offer

The Maintenance Carpenter job is permanent

Salary £35k

M-F 40hrs pw, shifts between 8am-6pm

Paid standby allowance.
