Job Duties

The maintenance electrician job in London will be responsible for:

Planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment, general building services and maintenance of the building and grounds.

The maintenance electrician job in London is required to diagnose faults & assist with repairs, faults and day to day maintenance tasks.

Ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standard. 

Attending minor works, mechanical maintenance, plumbing, 1st line HVAC maintenance and fabric maintenance.

Job Requirements

The maintenance electrician job in London will be electrically qualification & have an excellent background in maintenance engineering and a stable work history with good references.

The ideal candidate for the maintenance electrician job in London would have worked in a 5 star hotel environment or similar and have excellent customer service skills.

The electrician must be flexible in regards to working hours & able to work 8 hour shifts as per the department's rota. 

It is essential that the candidate for the maintenance electrician job in London is immaculate in presentation & is exceptional with client relations.
