Maintenance Electrician jobs, urgent start, for a commercial site in Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL9. Temporary maintenance electrician job role, position could become permanent., Salary up to £31k + benefits. Working M-F 35hrs pw + call outs.

Job Duties

Applicants for maintenance electrician jobs will be responsible for the planned site maintenance & reactive maintenance to all electrical plant & equipment.
Working with other maintenance electricians, to achieve a high standard of maintenance work, carry out maintenance to pumps, AHU’s & boilers & General building maintenance.
Ensuring cleanliness in the plant room and work shop.
Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to and undertake risk assessments.
The maintenance electrician job role will also be required to do call outs for site emergencies, 1 in 5 weeks.

Job Requirements

Candidates for the Maintenance Electrician jobs should be fully qualified Electricians and be multi skilled, with excellent building maintenance experience and a good knowledge of mechanical plant and equipment.

Preferably experience working in a similar maintenance electrician job role, ideally in a commercial or hospitality environment.

Be able to work unsupervised and in a team, be flexible with working hours and reliable.

Full UK driving licence required, ideally to have own transport.

Have PC skills + have good interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
