Maintenance Electrician Jobs in London

Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a maintenance electrician job in London to work in a Grade II listed building in Victoria, London SW1E.

Temporary maintenance electrician job role for 6-8 months, which could lead to permanent position. Pay rate offered up to £18 p/h. Working hours 45 hrs pw, early and late shifts.

JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Electrician Job will involve reactive maintenance & planned maintenance works to electrical plant & equipment.

The Maintenance Electrician job role will carry out minor works, fault finding & repairs,  according to health and safety regulations. Carry out emergency light & fire alarm testing. Assist and monitor works of maintenance contractors.

The Maintenance Electrician job will involve some general building maintenance, basic mechanical works.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The preferred candidate for the Maintenance Electrician job will be a fully qualified Electrician and hold a 17th edition.

The Maintenance Electrician will have experience in electrical building maintenance and in other general building maintenance.

Ideally the applicant will have worked previously in a client facing role and will have good presentation skills.
