Temporary Maintenance Engineer job available to work in a high profile building based near to Saffron Walden, Essex CB11.
The Maintenance Engineer job is paying up to £16.80 p/h, M-F 8am-4.30pm.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Engineer job will involve the following
Carrying out general maintenance to building fabric, planned & reactive maintenance.
The Maintenance Engineer will also carry out minor plumbing maintenance & installations.
Basic mechanical maintenance works to heating & ventilation systems & AHU’s.
Monitoring plant and equipment & responding to breakdowns.
Working as part of a team responsible for minor alterations of the center and office areas including the installation of benching, desking, shelving and cupboards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The preferred candidate for the Maintenance Engineer job will hold qualifications in plumbing, mechanical, HVAC or refrigeration trade. Someone who is part qualified would be considered for the Maintenance Engineer job.
Experience with carrying out maintenance works to mechanical systems, refrigeration and air conditioning, air supply and distribution, steam and hot water generation and distribution, heating & ventilation. Have the ability to communicate technical issues & must be able to work effectively within a team.

The Maintenance Engineer job is based near Saffron Walden, Essex CB11.

The Maintenance Engineer job is paying up to £16.80 per hour.
Temporary.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm.
