A Maintenance Engineer Job is available to work at a luxury high end building based in Knightsbridge, London SW1X.

Pay rate up to £18.00 p/h. Temporary possible permanent position. Working M-F 8am-4.30pm + overtime.

Job Duties

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer Job will

Carrying out planned maintenance & reactive maintenance to plant and equipment.
Basic maintenance on electrical and plumbing equipment.
Carry out minor repairs to the building fabric, furnishing, decorative finishes and fittings.
Monitor water temperature and L8.
Comply with health & safety regulations.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer Job will

have experience working within a 5* environment.
Have excellent maintenance knowledge & experience with electrical & mechanical equipment.
Preferably hold qualifications in a building services trade.
Excellent presentation skills & have good communication skills
