JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Engineer job will involve working with the maintenance team, carrying out general building maintenance & basic repairs & maintenance to electrical systems.

Ensure maintenance jobs are carried out to H&S regulations & that appropriate risk assessments are undertaken before any maintenance work is commenced. Responsible for the upkeep & cleanliness of areas such as plant rooms & workshops.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideally applicants for the Maintenance Engineer Job will have electrical maintenance knowledge, holding electrical qualifications or part qualified is preferred. Have multi skilled maintenance experience & preferably experience working in a commercial environment, hospitality or educational environment.

Ability to work unsupervised & in a team. Prioritise work & meet deadlines. Have excellent communication skills. Good knowledge of health & safety, IT skills.

The Maintenance Engineer job will involve undertaking training as required to allow safe working practice.

JOB LOCATION

The Maintenance Engineer job is based in Camden, NW1.
