Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a Maintenance Engineering job for a luxurious hotel based in Hyde Park, London SW1X.
Working 8hr shifts, 5 days out of 7.
The Maintenance Engineer job is permanent paying up to £38k pa, with excellent benefits.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Engineer job will involve the following
Planned maintenance and reactive maintenance throughout the hotel.
Attend to all room repairs & maintenance, log all the records & notify
management regarding issues.
Resolve diagnostic faults, carrying or assisting with any necessary repair work.
Carry out plant room checks & 1st line HVAC maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal applicant for the Maintenance Engineer job will be someone who has previous experience working as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Shift Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Engineering Plumber in a hotel environment.
Preferably hold electrical or mechanical trade qualifications.
