Maintenance Engineer Job in a renowned establishment based near Southampton, SO15. Overseeing all aspects of facilities and maintenance jobs at a prestigious site. Salary up to £35k pa. Working 45 hrs pw, Monday to Friday.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Engineer job role will be to ensure that coordination of all facilities and maintenance jobs are completed in time and in accordance with H&S policies.
Responsible for coordinating and prioritising the distribution of work and supervising housekeeping staff.
Plans and schedule preventative maintenance for all equipment throughout the building.
Provide support to management of maintenance projects and oversee works of sub contractors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal applicant for the Maintenance Engineer job will have supervision experience in a maintenance department, preferably in a hospitality environment.
The Maintenance job requires someone with knowledge of maintenance policies and procedures, effective supervision skills and excellent communication skills.
Suitable candidates for the Maintenance Engineer job would have worked previously as a Maintenance Team Leader, Senior Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Assistant Maintenance Manager, Lead Maintenance Engineer in a hotel environment.
JOB LOCATION
The Maintenance Engineer job is based near Southampton Station, Hampshire SO15.
JOB OFFER
The Maintenance Engineer job is paying up to £35k pa.
Working 45hrs pw, Monday to Friday incl weekends.
