Permanent Maintenance Engineer vacancy available at a prestigious 

building in Dartford, Kent .

Salary offered up to £34k pa. 

Working Monday to Friday 40hrs pw.

Job Duties

 The  maintenance engineer vacancy  

will involve

Carrying out general maintenance to building fabric.

Minor plumbing repairs, replacing tap washers, unblocking toilets and sinks.

Basic electrical works, changing light bulbs

The maintenance engineer vacancy will also involve some carpentry and painting.

Job Requirements

Preferred applicants for the maintenance engineer vacancy will have previous experience working in a similar maintenance engineer vacancy and will ideally hold a plumbing qualification or part qualified.

Ideally candidates for the maintenance engineer vacancy will have good knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Candidates will be required to participate in the call out rota and hold a full clean driving licence for the maintenance engineer vacancy .
