The Maintenance job is temporary ongoing. Pay rate up to £17.00p/h.
Working Monday-Friday 35hrs pw.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Engineering job role will involve the following:
Preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment.
Carry out reactive breakdown service for electrical breakdowns, undertaking repairs to general equipment and plant.
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for undertaking minor electrical installations and rewiring of low voltage systems single phase and three-phase works; assisting in the design, testing and commissioning & install electrical services plant.
The Maintenance job will also involve some general building maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineering job will be trade qualified as an Electrician or have completed an electrical apprenticeship.
The Maintenance Engineer will have knowledge of maintenance on the electrical systems relating to other plant such as refrigeration and air conditioning, heating, ventilation, fire alarms and emergency lights.
Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office, Email and Internet Applications.
Ability to communicate technical issues through written word and verbally with both technical and non-technical people is required & must be able to work effectively within a team.
