We are trying to fill an excellent Maintenance Engineering job opportunity at a prestigious building within the hustle & bustle of Kings Cross, London.
Urgent start, with a reputable facilities maintenance company.
Salary up to £44k pa + benefits, career progression on offer.
Hours are M-F 7am-4pm.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Engineering job role will attend to preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment incl HVAC,
mechanical & fabric.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideally the candidate for the Maintenance Engineering job role will have proven experience in a job role doing maintenance engineering in a commercial environment & have trade papers equivalent to a Part 2 in electrical/electronic engineering. Have a good knowledge of site H&S, & be extremely well presented with good communication skills.
Preferred candidates for the Maintenance Engineering job be multi skilled with
a good understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems and building fabric.
JOB LOCATION
The Maintenance Engineering job is based in Kings Cross, London N1.
JOB OFFER
Salary offered for the Maintenance Engineering job is up to £44k pa.
Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm
28 days holiday plus bank holidays
