Our client is currently looking to fill a Maintenance Engineering job - working in a healthcare environment near Stockwell, London SW4.
Salary up to £36k + benefits. Working 12hr days shifts, 4 on 4 off.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Engineering job will involve carrying out general maintenance engineering and repairs, maintenance & installation work on mechanical and electrical systems. Basic plumbing and A/C maintenance. Provide M&E technical maintenance support when required. BMS monitoring and basic electrical checks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineering job will hold Mechanical or Electrical qualifications. Preferably have previous experience working in a similar Maintenance job, in the hospitality environment.
Be extremely well presented & have excellent communication skills.

The Maintenance Engineering job is based in Stockwell, London SW4.

Salary offered for the Maintenance Engineering job is up to £36k per annum
