Blade Recruitment is trying to fill 2 X Maintenance Engineer vacancies for a site in Holloway Road, London. The maintenance engineer job vacancy is permanent, working on a Grade II listed Hotel. Job Duties

The Maintenance Engineer vacancy will be responsible for maintenance logs and any maintenance engineering requests including attending to planned maintenance and reactive maintenance of all plant and equipment.

The Maintenance Engineer job vacancy is required to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, & inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems including ventilation systems.

The Maintenance Engineer will check the functionality of safety systems e.g. fire alarms & will repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.

Job Requirements

The ideal applicant for the Maintenance Engineer vacancy will have experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Has previously & recently worked in a Maintenance Engineering job role in a position like Maintenance Electrician, Maintenance Plumber, Maintenance Supervisor, Chief Maintenance Engineer, Shift Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineering Technician, Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Engineer vacancy will require someone with  excellent grooming to 5 star standards.

Job Location

The Maintenance Engineer vacancy is based near Holloway Road, London.

Job Offer

The Maintenance Engineer vacancy is paying:

up to £45k per annum

40 hrs pw, 5 days on & 2 days off.

28 Days holiday plus bank

Meals & Uniform.
