Maintenance Engineering Supervisor
Hampton, TW12
£40k-£45k
Our client is looking to fill a hands-on Maintenance Engineering Supervisor job for prestigious commercial buildings across London, primarily based at a site near Hampton, Surrey TW12.
The job role is permanent job offering to £45k pa, working 40 hrs pw, 5 days out of 7.
Job Duties
The Maintenance Engineering Supervisor job will involve;
- Full day-to-day responsibility for the site, manage and assist other members
- of the maintenance engineering team with their duties.
- Carrying out requested work as part of planned preventative maintenance
- and the ongoing site maintenance programme.
- Maintenance of floodlights across the London Region.
- Operating machinery and tools, such as hoists, ladders, cable installation, industrial/domestic installations, emergency lighting, fire and burglar alarm systems. Comply with the company’s health and safety policies and procedures to ensure safe working practices.
Job Requirements
The preferred candidate for the Maintenance Engineering Supervisor job will be a fully qualified Electrician or have completed an electrical apprenticeship.
Have working knowledge of the current regulations and experience.
Some knowledge of telephone installations.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
Flexible with working hours, covering any weekend/evenings as required.

The Maintenance Engineering Supervisor job is based primarily near Hampton, Middlesex TW12 and will work at sites across the London region.
