A Maintenance job in Cornwall, UK (Truro) has come up to join our Client in their hotel maintenance team for a stunning Hotel near the Truro area.
JOB DUTIES OF THE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER JOB
The maintenance engineer job involves weekend work & is mostly 7:30-5 daily, paying up to £28k pa. A competent maintenance engineer with basic repairs in Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, basic fabric work & phone networks. The job will include the maintenance of pools, hot tubs, planned & reactive maintenance of the hotel, plant & equipment, including the vast grounds & gardens. Some painting & decorating may be required. Ideally the best fit for someone who lives in the Cornwall area, a professional maintenance candidate with immaculate customer service & communication skills.
The primary goal of keeping the hotel in immaculate presentation & pristine condition, maintaining the ambience of comfort & luxury that clientele are accustomed to in this prestigious hotel. High quality work & achieving a 5 star experience is paramount, the maintenance engineer must have a similar background or have aspirations to achieve to this.
