Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Job in London
A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a permanent Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a successful FM service provider on a high profile site in London, based in SE1, paying up to £38k pa, working Mon to Fri 7.30-4.30.
The job is in a large data centre, a global leader & the position involves covering multiple buildings located in walking distance of the main site.This job is a good route for career progression with lots of training provided. The ideal Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be highly skilled, have a good work ethic & pay attention to the fine details that keep a building in impeccable condition.

Duties for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Job
PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & Reactive Maintenance
Carry out repairs to mechanical services, Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment, Undertake mechanical work safely in compliance with mechanical standards, Complete suitable risk assessment prior to undertaking mechanical work
Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Job
HVAC or any Mechanical Trade Qualification eg. Plumber or Mechanical Fitter
Mechanical maintenance experience in a similar role, Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements. Good electrical maintenance & be multi skilled.Ideally, the job for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is to start immediate.
