Temporary Maintenance Job Cambridge

for an Electrician £36k pa + 37 hrs pw.

Our client is currently trying to fill a temp to perm job in Cambridge for a renowned high profile building, the position is for an Electrician, the salary is up to £36k pa, hours are 37 pw working Monday to Friday .

Job Duties

The Maintenance Job Cambridge will attend to:

• Preventative planned maintenance and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Responsible for all electrical maintenance including Identify maintenance issues & working on faultfinding and repairs. 
• Carry out PPM’s & attend to reactive breakdowns.
• Minor electrical installations & rewiring of low voltage systems.
• Assisting with minor works to the building fabric.
• Ensure site records & logbooks are up to date.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Electrician job will

• Be a trade qualified Electrician and have worked in a maintenance job in the Cambridge area, ideally in a commercial environment.
• Ideally the candidate for the maintenance Job Cambridge will have completed an apprenticeship & have an 18th Edition.
• Good experience with testing, inspection & verification.
• Ideally the candidate for the maintenance job Cambridge will be multi skilled and have mechanical maintenance knowledge. 
• Have good computer skills and be PC literate.

The Maintenance Job is based in the Cambridge CB1 area
