Maintenance Job available at a high end commercial building near to Luton, Bedfordshire LU1.
The Maintenance Job is temp-perm, working M-F 40hrs pw + call outs.
Salary offered up to £33k pa + company benefits.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance job will involve the following
Carry out preventive maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment.
Responsible for managing & coordinating all maintenance contractors.
Complete all logs for building services & general building maintenance on the BMS System.
The Maintenance job will involve general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing maintenance.
Carry out maintenance to mechanical systems, HVAC & AHU’s.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate for the Maintenance Job will hold a NVQ level 3 in a recognised trade or completed apprenticeship in a building maintenance trade.
Preferably have previous job experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Be multi skilled and have strong knowledge of mechanical plant.
Ability to work alone and within a team, have good communication skills and be well presented.
JOB LOCATION
The Maintenance Job is based near to Luton Station, Bedfordshire LU1 2LT.
JOB OFFER
The Maintenance Job is paying up to £33k per annum
Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm
33 days holiday
