A permanent Maintenance job is available to work in a luxurious hotel based in Windsor, Berkshire SL4. The Maintenance job is offering up to £25k pa + benefits.
Working 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday including 1 weekend out of 4.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance job will involve the following
Support the Maintenance Manager and assist maintenance contractors and ensure maintenance jobs are carried out to a high standard.
Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance.
Carry out basic maintenance including basic electrical and painting & decorating work. Ensure all work carried out is in accordance with the health & safety regulations. Responsible for the regular stock checks and ordering.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance job will have worked in a hotel environment, someone who has worked in a previous role as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Assistant, Maintenance Handyman, Maintenance Engineer or Shift Engineer would be suitable for the Maintenance job.
Have good knowledge of health & safety regulations.
Be well presented & excellent customer service skills.

The Maintenance job is based near Windsor station, Berkshire SL4 1PJ.
